I first met Shayna when we were both around 14-15 years old, dancing our hearts away in the world of ballet. Together we have performed countless Nutcrackers and spring recitals, we've taken hundreds of hours of dance classes rehearsals and who knows what else. Fast forward to 2020 and Shayna reconnected with me to plan her engagement session with fiancé, Logan. Sadly, we were not able to proceed with their engagements. Logan is in the military and was sent off for a job right around the time she had originally scheduled. Time went on, they secured their wedding date at a lovely farmhouse venue in Plantersville and the rest was history. I got to take these photos for Shayna just after hurricane Nicholas passed through southern Texas. Fortunately there was no damage to the venue, flooding was no issue and the weather was the perfect balance of overcast with the sun peaking through the clouds occasionally. Shayna and Logan just said "I Do" one week ago! I can't wait to dive into their wedding photos, but for now, enjoy these shots from her bridal session last month.
